C-PAK offers a carrier tape that is exclusively designed to transport Bare Die, Bumped Die, Flip Chip, Chip-Scale Packages and BGA Components. The Positive Formed Carrier tape provides tight tolerances, which helps protect the part and reduce rotation of the part in the pocket. To ensure cleanliness of the carrier tape, it's manufactured and packaged in a Class 10,000 Clean Room. This ensures the carrier tape will be clean from ionic contaminants and clean from particles.
